We welcome pets to the majority of our communities. However, pets are accepted on a strict case by case basis.
A potentially-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 will be due prior to move-in, along with a completed pet agreement.
Any pets to be considered must be at least 2 years old and either spayed or neutered.
We require a photo of your pet and veterinary records.

Easy to Apply
One of these will need to be completed by each person 18 and older, living in the dwelling. A $40.00 application fee is immediately due for each applicant to be considered a complete application.
Applications are taken on a first-come-first-served basis, and must be complete.
Background checks include: credit report, 50-state criminal check, employement verification and an eviction history.
All tenants must have a valid Social Security Number. Felonies are not acceptable, nor are sex-offenses of any level.
A security deposit is due at lease signing to reserve the unit. First months rent, and any additional funds required, will be due at move-in.
We are happy to work with applicants having less than stellar credit. However, any applicant with a credit score of 600 or less will be required to pay a last month’s rent prior to move-in.
