We welcome pets to the majority of our communities. However, pets are accepted on a strict case by case basis.
A potentially-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 (per pet) will be due prior to move-in, along with a completed pet agreement.
Any pets to be considered must be at least 2 years old and either spayed or neutered.
We require a photo of your pet and veterinary records.
We have breed restrictions for dogs. Please click here for a list of unapproved canine.
****Reptiles, amphibians, birds, rabbits, rodents and marsupials, livestock and wild animals are not allowed at any of our properties****

Easy Application Process
FOR PROPERTIES OUTSIDE THE CITY OF PORTLAND
Rental applications will need to be completed by each person 18 and older, living in the dwelling. A $50.00 application fee is immediately due for each applicant to be considered a complete application.
Applications are taken on a first-come-first-served basis, and must be complete.
Here is what we consider complete:
For ALL persons, 18 and older, who will reside in the home, this must be submitted together…
– Completely filled out Omni Application (we do not accept other applications such as Zillow apps, etc.) ALL questions must be answered. (Yes, No, N/A). If questions are not answered your application will not be considered complete.
– Copy of picture I.D. (front & back)
– Two most recent full month’s worth of paystubs (60 days)
– $50 application fee for each applicant (cashier’s check, money order)

Background checks include: credit report, 50-state criminal check, employment verification and an eviction history.
All tenants must have a valid Social Security Number.
Felonies are not acceptable, nor are sex-offenses of any level.
A security deposit is due at lease signing to reserve the unit. First months rent, and any additional funds required, will be due at move-in.
If any applicant’s credit score is between 501-600, you will be required to pre-pay a last month’s rent, prior to lease signing. This is in addition to your security deposit and first month’s rent. Credit score of 500 or lower, will be denied. We do not offer a co-signer option or a payment plan option.
